Dog Eats Chattanooga Cop's Police Car
Unbelievable! I love how the other dogs seem to be egging him on. That's got to be hard on the teeth.

Nashville: Naturally
Creating, Enhancing and Conserving the Places that Matter
As part of the public outreach process of the Davidson County Open Space Planning Project, we are gathering input on what places in Davidson County the community would like to see protected.
We have a developed a Google earth tool that allows folks to go in a put a virtual ‘push pin’ on places you would like to see become a park (or other publically used space) or be privately protected. This can be a view you enjoy, a place you drive by on your commute, a vacant lot you would like to see turned into a garden or park, a place you hike on the weekend, a stream-bank you fish on, a stretch of greenway you wish was built. No place is to big or to small.
Feel free to go in and ‘pin’ as many times as you like over the next few months. You can add a description of why you think it should be protected or what it means to you and your community. The results will be incorporated into the plan. The goal is to get as much input as we can!
Follow these 3 steps:
1. Go to: http://nashvilleopenspace.wordpress.com/public-input-and-outreach/
2. Mark the map with a few sites that you would like to see protected:
a. Go to the tab “public input and outreach” and click the link to the instructions
b. Download Google earth if you don’t already have it
c. Use the tool! Mark up the map.
3. Send this email through your networks to anyone and everyone you think might be interested. The goal is to obtain a lot of data through everyone’s ‘pins’.

DJ MIX: Patrice Baumel Podcast :: Ibiza Voice Electronic Dance Music Magazine :: News, Interviews, Charts, Reviews and Bio.
Don't be alarmed by the word "Ibiza" in the title, this is a really great mix. My friend Ben shared this find with me and it's one of the best I've heard this year. The track selections are SO smooth. I was afraid at first when I saw so many tracks attributed to Tool (thinking it was the edgy metal band) but was pleasantly surprised by the lushness of this mix.
1. Kate Bush - Under Ice
2. Dance Disorder - Zusammen (dubcapella)
3. Tool
4. Clara Moto - Silently feat. Mimu (Carl Johan Elger Remix)
5. Home & Garden - Domesticated feat. Derrick Carter (Pezzner Remix)

Schwartz starts off free agency for Lions by landing DE Kyle Vanden Bosch - NFL - Yahoo! Sports
NASHVILLE - Defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch(notes) agreed to a four-year deal Friday with the Detroit Lions thanks to the personal touch of coach Jim Schwartz.
The Detroit coach wanted the Tennessee Titans starter to open free agency and landed the Lions' top target by waiting in Nashville outside Vanden Bosch's home when free agency began.
"'I could be anywhere in the country right now, and I'm on your front step because you're the guy I want,"' Vanden Bosch said Friday morning on radio of Schwartz's message. "He's a great coach, and last night he was a great salesman."
Vanden Bosch said on WGFX-FM 104.5 The Zone that Schwartz left around 2:30 a.m. with only the final details to be worked out. Schwartz worked with Vanden Bosch when he was Titans defensive co-ordinator.
The deal reportedly is US$26 million with $10 million due in the first year for the 31-year-old defensive end. Agent Tony Agnone did not immediately return messages left by The Associated Press.
A nine-year veteran, Vanden Bosch spent the past five seasons with the Titans, getting all of his 43½ career sacks. He was a first alternate for the AFC last season despite only three sacks and played in his third Pro Bowl in January. He still ranked fifth with 86 tackles and 20 quarterback pressures.

Happy for the Lions. Sad for the Titans.
