I love this photo. That little chick is SO cute! This is certainly a more interesting photo than we would get from some of his other sound projects. A photo of Herbert crinkling wrappers might not have the same "cute appeal." However, he seems to take it so seriously that maybe nearly any photo of his sound gathering techniques would be interesting. Thanks for sharing!
at first glance
i thought herbert was holding a chainsaw
then i read a little of the post
and saw the word "chick"
i looked at the photo again and espied the little chick
now, thoroughly horrified,
i continued reading the post and realized
that herbert is not, in fact, committing chicken chainsaw massacre
but holding a (very impressive) mic
hallelujah!
